Ed has been involved in Product Recall insurance for 27 years as a broker, reinsurer and insurer. Over the last 22 years he has been involved in insurance underwriting with a proven track record for innovation, global market knowledge, building multi-territorial operations and portfolio management. Ed has underwritten UK Product Recall business throughout this time and has developed UK-specific coverages.

Ed has been part of the development of the Product Recall market since the late 1990s, heavily involved in building Product Recall businesses from scratch including the development of market leading products and coverages.

Ed was the founder and chair of the LMA Product Recall Committee (2018 – 2023).
